Biography
Stephen William White Sr. was born in 1728 in Staunton City, Virginia to parents Thomas White and Susannah Quarles. He married Agatha Agnes Bramblett in 1753. Children: Peter, Ambrose, Sarah (Susan) Elizabeth, William, James, John, Thomas, Stephen William, Susan Elizabeth, Jesse, Tabitha. He died on 30 Oct 1830 at age 102 in Columbia, Adair, Kentucky.
Stephen served in the Virginia Militia in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War along with several sons. He was granted 100 acres in Bourbon, Kentucky in 1791.
