Sarah Emily White was born on November 21, 1877, in Providence, Rhode Island, the child of Lewis Bellamy White and Lucinda T. (Slocum) White. She moved 2 times during her lifetime. She lived in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1880 and moved to Riverside, Rhode Island, by 1930. She had two sons with Walter Reid Ramsey between 1907 and 1910.
