Sarah was born in 1842 to William and Mary (McCargo) White and she is listed with her parents on the 1850 Census.[1] Sarah Louise White married Thomas Thornton on October 16, 1858 in Charlotte, Virginia.[2] They are listed together on the 1860 Census,[3], the 1870 Census,[4], and the 1880 Census.[5] She passed away in June of 1889.[6]
