Margaret was born about 1830 in England. She was the daughter of George Whitehead and Margaret Gibson.
Marriage
Margaret was married on 16 Jun 1849 in Norham, Northumberland, England to Robert Sked.[1][2] At the time of her marriage Margaret was unemployed and she was residing at Norham Mains, Northumberland, England.
Her husband, Robert sadly passed away in 1864, age 44, leaving Margaret to bring up six young children. Ann the eldest was 14 and Euphemia the youngest was only 3 years old when their father died.

Death
She passed away on 20 Dec 1884, age 54, in Stow, Midlothian, Scotland.[8] Cause of death; Cancer of rectum. Her last known form of employment was as a Farm Servant.
