Publication: the author, n.p., 1966 Note: from the title page: Although the church itself is believed to have been established about 1750, the earliest buildings were in another location. If a cemetery existed there, all traces of it have disappeared. The first building on the present site was not erected until 1828 so the major portion of the cemetery dates from that time. Earlier dates on some stones indicate those which must have been moved here from family burial plots. These family plots are also scarce in the neighborhood so the burial place of most of the earlier settlers remains a mystery.
