Biography

Frances was born in Kentucky in 1844. She grew up there in a large family; her brothers were involved in a feud from 1860-62 (see profile for her brother George Washington Whitesides). She married R. Allison Salmons and had at least four children. She died in 1873 and is buried in Green Lawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
