Parents: Needham Whitfield 1758 - 1812 and Elizabeth (Hatch) Whitfield 1760 - 1838.
Spouse: Allen Whitfield I 1787 - 1848. They were married about 1804 in Wayne, North Carolina. He married 2nd Mary Jane Sloan & they had 7 children.
