Biography
Charlotte Whitfield was born about 1859 in Wayne County, North Carolina.[1] She was the daughter of Hatch Whitfield and Anna Unknown.[1][2] Her mother Anna was married to Mr. Rollins prior to marrying Hatch.[2]
In the 1860 U.S. Census, baby Charlotte Whitfield lived in Indian Springs, Wayne, North Carolina, with her parents, Hatch and Anna Whitfield and siblings.[1]
