Jefferson Davis "Jeff" Whitley was born on Oct 15, 1892 at Salado Texas. He was the son of Thomas Jefferson Whitley and Matilda Adaline Holland.
"Jeff" married Hettie Helena White on Dec 3, 1916 at Bell County Texas.[1]
He passed away on March 1, 1976 at Waco Texas[2] and was laid to rest in North Belton Cemetery at Belton Texas.[3]
