Mary Whitley dies in Attica, Lapeer, Michigan, United States. Benjamin remarries to Amy Stevens, born about 1783, in Bastard Twp, Leeds, Ontario. Amy dies between 1806 & 1811 in Bastard, Leeds, Ontario, Canada. They married in about 1800 in Bastard, Leeds, Ontario, Canada.
