Biography

Jay was born in 1894.[1] He is the son of Henry Whitney. When his parents divorced, young Jay lived with his father. Jay's brother, Clair, lived with their mother.

Jay married and moved to Neenah as an adult. They had 2 sons, David and Robert. They had a third son, Jeffery Jay, who died at 2 months old.[2]
