William was born in 1888. He was the son of Charles Francis Whitney and Isabel Richards.

In 1900 he lived with his parents and family in Fort Ransom, Ransom, North Dakota ^[1] and ^[2]

Eva and Bill had six children

He passed away in 1958.^[3]

He died of liver cancer^[4]
