Biography
Robert Whitney, son of James Whitney and Blanche Milborne, married Elizabeth Wey (#Bartrum) or Margaret Wye (#WRG). His son Robert married Sybil Baskerville.[1][2]
Robert's will, dated 10 May 1541 and proved 11 Jun 1541, Icomb, Gloucestershire, names wife Margaret and the following children:[2]

He also had a daughter named Elizabeth, "listed as a daughter in visitation pedigrees, but not in her father's will, possibly because she was already married and had received her portion."[3]

WRG shows this Robert with a will dtd 1541/proved 1541 & names wife Margaret in the will (WRG shows Margaret Wye; Bartrum shows Elizabeth Wey, but both show him as son of James & Blanche/father of Robert m Sybil Baskerville).
