Biography

Robert was born in 1861. Robert Whitten was a twin to Wiley. He passed away in 1937. ^[1]

My neighbor and distant cousin Elvis Grissom a.k.a. Gresham told me that he'd walk by Bob Whitten's and he'd say, "Come here boy". He'd have Elvis shave him with a straight razor. Elvis said that his whiskers were like saw briers.

They lived near where the Central Heights Little League ball field is today.
