Biography
Allen was born in 1804. He was the son of Willis Wiggins and Frances Carroll.
Allen Wiggins and wife Nancy and some of their children are living in Stewart County, Georgia in 1850. [1]
He passed away in 1850. If Allen Wiggins died in 1850, it would have been after 23 September 1850 as he was enumerated on the census on that day.
