Arthur Hopkins Wiggins was born in June, 1842 in Catahoula, Louisiana, United States.
Arthur (31) married Mary Minerva Dowden (16) (born in December, 1856 in Kisatchie, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana; daughter of SGT Alfred Michael Dowden and Mary Mathilda (Powell) Dowden) on October 26, 1873 in Newton, Newton, Texas, United States.[1] Their son was William Arthur Wiggins (1880–1964).
Arthur died on September 14, 1906 in DeRidder, Beauregard Parish, Louisiana, aged 64.
