Biography
Besie Wiggins was born on October 26, 1901 in Texas.
She married Elie 'Thomas' Payne (1907-1997) on June 1, 1929 in McKinney, Collin, Texas.[1]
Eli was a sales man for a Dairy in 1940, and she was taking care of the home and Family.
In 1950, they were proprietors of a Resturant in Dallas, Dallas, Texas.[2]
She died at the age of 86, on November 25, 1987 and was buried in the Crown Hill Memorial Park Cemtery in Dalas, Dalas, Texas.
