Wiggins-857 and Wiggins-650 are not ready to be merged because: The birth and death dates are far apart and no sources are on either profile to be able to assure they are the same person

Wiggins-857 and Wiggins-650 appear to represent the same person because: Desite a few discrepancies re: dates, I believe this is the same person due to shared parents and death and burial locations (although West Virginia didn't become so until 1863, after Thomas' death).
