Congratulations, you've been a WikiTree member for a month! We're glad you're here. A few tips to help you dive in even deeper:
Check out Beyond the Basics of WikiTree for a guide on some of our more advanced features such as Projects, Categories, and Merging.
We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community.
And we're always looking for volunteers to assist in different ways.
As always, I'm here to help if you have any questions!

Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
Welcome to WikiTree ~ we're delighted to have you as part of the Family. I love your enthusiasm and your willingness to learn! That's the thing about family history in general - there is always something to learn. I look forward to seeing you around :)
Welcome to WikiTree! It is the perfect place for researchers new and experienced to share what they have found and work with other genealogists to trace their roots. Be sure to ask any questions you might have on our G2G forum-there are great researchers out there that are willing to help, or one of the many folks who welcomed you. We have a fantastic community. Even those of us who have been at it awhile appreciate a hand, whether it is in working on WikiTree in general or a brick wall in their research.
Thank you for volunteering-it is folks like you that make WikiTree such a special place!

Hi Tammy, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.
Everything on WikiTree is a collaborative work in progress so dont forget to read and sign our Honor Code. This is what keeps WikiTree a friendly and helpful community. We have many friendly members, feel free to ask if you have any questions.
Hello everyone. WOW! I'm excited to be here. I am honestly very new to researching my family tree. I can honestly say I don't know the ins and outs of it all but I'm a fast and eager student and I know alot of my family history. So I will certainly abide by your rules and offer as much correct information and I hope to gain information and add to my current knoWn history. Please let me know if I need to improve on an area. I Want to do my best. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
