Biography
Deborah Wilbur was born on 16 August 1765 in Westerly, Rhode Island. Her parents were John and Elizabeth Wilbur[1].
She married Samuel Tenney. They had eight children[2]:
- 1. Samuel Tenney, born 11 Feb 1787; married Ann Allen
- 2. Mary Tenney, b. 18 Jun 1788
- 3. Elizabeth Tenney, born 3 Aug 1790
- 4. Merrill Tenney, born 5 May 1792
- 5. John, born 24 Sep 1797
- 6. Daniel Tenney, born 27 Mar 1801; married Almira Bradley
- 7. Deborah Tenney, born 8 Feb 1805; married Benjamin Davis
- 8. Zachariah Tenney, born May 1807; married 1st Harriet Plummer, 2nd Nancy (Graffam) King
Deborah's date of death is uncertain, but she was living in Raymond as of the 1850 US Census[3].
