Biography

Eliza Ann Wilbur was a daughter of Thomas Wilbur and Ann Kline, born 23 February 1814 at Johnstown, Fulton County, New York.[1]

She was married to Walter Ostrander of Schodack, New York. Their children were: [1]

The 1855 New York State census lists Walter Ostrander, 47, farmer, as head of household, with wife Eliza E. and 9 children and 2 servants, living in Schodack, New York. [2]

Eliza (Wilbur) Ostrander died at Schodack, New York, on 1 August 1887.[1]

Weeks of Albany in pork packing business for twelve years; since then has been a farmer in Schodack and running a milk route with an average of fifteen cows. He was married in 1877 to Phila J. Starkey of Mansfield, Pa., who was born in Swansey, N. H. One child blesses their union, Archie Wilbur Ostrander, born in Schodack.
