Nathaniel Wilder was born about 1688 in Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. He was the son of Nathaniel and Mary (Sawyer) Wilder. [1]
The Lancaster VR specifies that he was born in Sudbury.
He was married to Damaris Whitcomb on 26 December 1707 in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay.[2] She was the daughter of Josiah and Rebecca (Waters) Whitcomb.
Nathaniel died on 9 June 1775 in Petersham, Worcester County, Province of Massachusetts Bay. His gravestone says he was in his 88th year of his age.[3] Technically, this means he was 87. A plausible circa birth year is 1688.

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Nathaniel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Nathaniel:
