Biography
Theodore was born in 1885. He was the son of Augustus Wilder and Friederika Schoor. He passed away in 1966.
He was educated in Lutheran parochial schools and then attended Addison Teachers College, graduating in 1906.
Ted served for several years in a Lutheran school in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 1914 he was called to St. James Lutheran School in Quincy, Illinois. Here he spent forty years as a teacher and principal, retiring in 1957. After his retirement he continued to work actively in his church, instructing Bible classes and assisting the pastor in the care of the sick of St. James Church.
