After the death of wife Catherine, he married Elizabeth Felton about 1749 in Shutesbury, Massachusetts Bay - their children were Elizabeth, Samuel, Mercy and Joshua Wilder
He died in July 1759 and is buried at West Cemetery, Shutesbury, Franklin, Massachusetts, USA [3]
