Are you able to provide any dates for John, wife Agnes, daughter Agnes or father Nicholas? these profiles are all unsourced and have no dates and are not connected to the global tree. Without some dates its very difficult to work out who they are meant to represent.
Although I'm hesitant to suggest merging unsourced profiles with almost no facts and unsourced profiles with very few facts, it might be worth noting that Agnes Wilder (abt.1575-) is the daughter of a John and Agnes Wilder, and that John is said to be the grandson of a Nicholas Wilder, through another John Wilder.
