Wilder- Legal heirs and representatives of Vincent Wilder who died Intestate Greeting - you are hereby required to appear at the Court of Ordinary to be held at Sumter Court house for Sumter district on the twenty third day of February A.D. 1841 to shew cause if any you can why the real estate of Vincent Wilder deceased situated in Clarendon county on Jacks Creek, waters of Santee bounding lands of CW Wells, John Hollady, JM. Felder and WR Gayle and containing two hundred and sixteen and a half acres originally granted to John Gayle should not divided or sold alloting to the said W.S. Wilder his part thereof and the remainder in equal portions to the above named heirs and representatives Witness my hand and seal this twenty second day of December A.D. 1840 W. Lewis O.S.D."[10]
