Biography

Arthur Wiley was enumerated as son of the head of household in ED 110 Agency Township Quenemo, Osage County, Kansas for the June 26, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as at school, born July 1885 in Kansas and single. Also included in the household are head William H Wiley, wife Annie M Wiley, daughter Mary L Wiley, son William E Wiley, son Irving Wiley and son Harland Wiley as seen in an image of the original census.[1]

Arthur Wiley was enumerated as son of the head of household at Turnbow, Whitman County, Washington for the April 27, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1886 in Kansas and single. He was a farmer on a general farm as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head William A Wiley, wife Annie M Wiley, daughter Louisa Wiley, son William E Wiley, son Irving Wiley and son Harlan Wiley.[2]

James Arthur Wiley registered for military service as recorded in this 191? United States World War I Draft Registration Card. His birth is listed as July 21, 1885. His address was Choteau, Teton County, Montana. His occupation was farming. His nearest relative was Hazel Sara Wiley. He was medium height and medium build with brown eyes and brown hair as seen in this image of the original form.[3]

James Arthur Wiley registered for active duty in this United States World War II Draft Registration Card, 1942. His birth is listed as July 21, 1885 and he was born in Quenemo, Kansas.
