Easter was born in 1840. She was the daughter of Turner Willhite and Mahala Morgan. Her parents were mentioned in her death record when she passed away in 1929.[1]
In 1850, she is listed with her mother in Jackson, Georgia.[2]
She married James Nunn on 03 Mar 1857 in Jackson County, Georgia.[3] In 1860, they were living in the Lee Randolph Dist, Jackson County, Georgia.[4] They had two daughters, Georgia and Elizabeth.
By 1870, she appears to be widowed as she was living with only her three young daughters.[5] Her husband died in battle during the Civil War and was buried in Richmond City, Virginia.
The family was still in Jackson County in 1880, and Easter was listed as a farmer.[6]
She passed away in 1929 from the flu and old age.[7] Burial was in the Bethabara Baptist Church Cemetery in Oconee County, Georgia.[8]
