Biography

Daniel married his second cousin, Eve Crisler. They are actually second cousins twice over, since they share two different great grandfathers: Philipp Joseph Weber and Andreas Gaar.

Elston having since died without executing the duties of the power of atty, they appointed Charles D. Seaton of Jefferson County, Kentucky to receive from Singleton W. Allen and John A. Heard, admrs. of the estate of Joseph Christler, decd of Elbert County, Georgia. Recorded in Elbert County, Georgia 16 January 1827 (Michal Martin Farmer, Elbert County, Georgia Deed Books S – W 1820 - 1835 (Dallas, TX: Farmer Genealogy Co., 1998), 148, cites U: 173.).
