Note: The Utica Observer, May 1, 1902. Illion. "Robert Wilkinson of Cemetery street met with a severe injury yesterday afternoon. With other boys he was playing mining and they had as one of their kit a pick. One of the boys raised the pick in the air, and as it descended Robert fell beneath it, receiving a bad cut on the back of his head. Dr. A. C. Douglas was called an dressed the injury. "
