Research Notes
Birth date of 10 Dec 1739 and birth location of Henrico County, Virginia needs primary/original sources.
Death date of 17 Feb 1826 needs primary/original source.
The article written by Joseph Blankenship in 1917 blends Isham Sr and Isham Jr's families in a way that is a bit confusing. See Isham Sr and Isham Jr's profiles for these details.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
Wilkinson-10071 and Wilkinson-3698 appear to represent the same person because: same parents, same spouse. Exact birth and death dates are unsourced as far as I can find. FAG has her birth as 1740 and 1810 which are probably both estimates.
Please review and approve merge if you agree. Thank you.
Her parents' relationships were changed to "confident" due the to the lack of a proper DNA confirmation source citation. See the Help for DNA Confirmation.
This profile formerly reported a birthplace as Burke County, North Carolina. Burke Co. did not exist when the subject was born and there is no evidence her father ever lived in North Carolina. Birthplace changed to Virginia.
Wilkinson-9174 and Wilkinson-3698 appear to represent the same person because: Definitely same woman married to same man. Location of her birth needs a source
Wilkerson-2035 and Wilkinson-3698 appear to represent the same person because: The last name spelling is off, but otherwise, this is the same person. Please merge.
Wilkinson-6440 and Wilkinson-3698 appear to represent the same person because: I don't know why this merge was previously rejected... these are the same person. please merge them
