Biography
Stephen was born before 1743 (his father died in November 1742), perhaps about 1739.
"In Smithfield April 9th AD 1760 Stephen Wilkinson was lawfully married to Sarah Sprague by me Samuel Winsor Just(ice) Recorded July 9th 1761 Dan'l Mowry Jun'r Town Clerk" [1]
The last child of Stephen and his wife, Sarah Sprague, was born in 1769. Since Sarah Sprague married her second husband in 1772, Stephen likely died between 1769 and 1772. [2]

It is possible that there was an additional child -- Marcy [Nancy?] Wilkinson, who is described as "Daughter of Stephen Wilkinson late Deceased" in the late 1780s when she married Daniel Hutchinson in October 1785. Rhode Island Town Clerk records, at 170 of 507.

Wilkinson-4263 and Wilkinson-11281 appear to represent the same person because: Sorry, this is my fault, I thought I checked and for some reason thought the Wilkinson-4263 was a different person. I have also sent a merge proposal off for his wife.
