"Danill the Sone of maior Simon Willard and mary his wife, was borne the 26th of desem : 1658." at Concord, Massachusetts.[1]
According to the Willard Genealogy, a Sequel, Daniel married twice.[2] First, he married Hannah Cutler, daughter of John and Mehitable Cutler, on 6 Dec 1683 at Charlestown.
She died on 22 Feb 1691. They had three children:
Mary Mills, the daughter of Jonathan Mills, was Daniel's second wife. They were married on 1 Jan 1693.[2] or in 1691.[4] They had at least 10 children:[2]
Daniel died on 23 Aug 1708.[2]
The Mary Mills who married, on 12 May 1690, John Marshal, son of John and Ruth Marshall, was Mary Mills, daughter of Edmund and Mary Sheffield. So, her Last Name At Birth was not Mills but Sheffield. See the records of Braintree: https://archive.org/stream/cu31924025963665#page/n728/mode/1up
John Marshall lived until 1732, so, unless there was a divorce, this Mary "Mills" couldn't be the wife of Daniel Williard and she couldn't be the daughter of John Mills and his wife Elizabeth Shove.
