Biography
Benjamin Williams was born on 31 July 1695. He was the son of Benjamin Williams and Rebekah Macey.
He first married Susanna Howard on 22 December 1720.
He second married Abigail Johnson on 25 January 1727.
He served almost constantly throughout the French and Indian War in Col. Gridley's and Col. Thomas' regiments as Company Capt.
Benjamin Williams died on 5 April 1775.
