Biography

Mary "Polly" Williams was born on February 12, 1782, in Montgomery, Virginia, her father, George, was 34, and her mother, Margaretta, was 32. She married Adam Hatfield on December 3, 1799, in her hometown. She died on November 15, 1847, at the age of 65, and was buried in Cabell, West Virginia.
