Biography
Frank Williams was the sixth listed child of Eleazer Williams and Mary Billings of Stonington, Connecticut. Note that his birth date as published by Wheeler (1900) in "History of Stonington", March 4, 1797, presents a gestational conflict vs. his next older sibling Matilda Williams, hence is checked as uncertain. Effort should be made to verify the actuarial dates of Frank Williams as well as those of his siblings.
He married Nancy Hutcherson.
