Doris I. Brock New Kensington Doris I. Brock, 83, of New Kensington, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, in West Haven Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 21, 1924, in Sackett, to Joel F. Williams and Iva Jean Jeffords. She was employed by Bell Aircraft during World War II and was self-employed as an antique dealer for 38 years. She enjoyed fishing at Northmoreland Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert N. Brock, and a sister, Alberta Breckenridge. She is survived by her sons, Del S. (Patricia M.) Brock, Randall N. (Deborah) Brock, and Joel R. (Susan) Brock; grandchildren, Brian, Bradley, Travis J., and Drew A. Brock; and great-grandchildren, Michael R. Service and Brody R. Brock. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the FRANK F. GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Foust officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to People Library, New Kensington, PA 15068. ^[10]
