Elizabeth Ann Williams was born on 7 June 1876 in Conwy, Caernarvonshire, Wales to Thomas Williams and Jane Hughes.

Marriage and Family

She married Thomas Paine Keeney (1869-1947) on 19 December 1898 in Tacoma, Pierce, Washington.

  1. Gladys Muriel Keeney was born on 21 April 1901 in Seattle, King, Washington, United States. She married Frank W. Whitney Jr. (1898-1949). Gladys died on 14 February 1924 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, United States.
  2. Capt. Robert Jackson Keeney was born on 11 October 1904 in Hong Kong, China. He married Rosemary Gardner (1909-1998) in 1937. Robert died on 21 August 1989 in Medford, Jackson, Oregon, United States.
  3. Elizabeth Jane Keeney was born on 19 September 1910 in Oregon, United States. She married Howard F. Rogers (1915-1991). Elizabeth died on 19 March 2003 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, United States.
