George was born on 28 July, 1905 in West Ham, Essex, England, the son of George Williams and Matilda Slight. [1] He married Alice Elizabeth Pryke on 22 August, 1931 in West Ham, Essex. [2] He passed away on 7 August, 1994 in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent, England. [3]
