Welcome to our community, Paula. As you build your ancestral lines, even more cousins will find you and help leaf out your family branches. :)
Our Honor Code, help pages, search features, and many other useful links can be accessed from the menus on the upper right corner of most pages.
Please consider stopping by the Tree House to introduce yourself.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.
Thank you for helping in our mission to build a global tree with only ONE profile per person.
I have just began searching for my families history and so far I've discovered my great grand parents on both sides of the family. Also found cousins I never knew I had. Discovered sad items like deaths that we never new took place.
My family is growing by leaps and bounds and it was pretty big as far as I was concerned to start with. We have a reunion every other year so we don't loose track of each other.
I've became fascinated with the information I've located. You really have to dig to discover little tidbits of information. I am looking forward to the hunt for my historical family members that are all now deceased.
To help you find your way, the help pages and search features can be accessed through the links on the upper right hand corner of almost any page. Feel free to post a question in the G2G Forum or on a relevant profile page.
If you would like to contribute to Wikitree, please click the Volunteer link to receive your ‘Volunteer’ badge, and post a comment here on your profile to tell us that you are interested in family history and wish to join us.
We will be very glad to welcome you to the WikiTree Community.
