A daughter was born to John Williams, jr, and his wife, Rebecca Colbie, in May 1666 at Haverhill, Massachusetts.[1] Haverhill was part of Norfolk county from 1643 until 1680 when it became part of Essex County.[2]
Rebecca Williams married Samuel Marble [Marvin] on 14 October 1686 at Haverhill.[3]
Rebecca and Samuel had children:
Samuel, born on 23 January 1686 [1686-7] at Haverhill[4] and died there the same day;[5]
Lidia, born on 18 March or May 1687-8 at Haverhill[4] and died there on 22 January 1705-6 in her 18th year;[5]
