Based on conjecture, given that an Ann Williams was at William Godfrey Cooper's wedding and a census record which gives an "Ann" as the mother of Mary Jane Cooper.
In 1881 Ann Cooper, daughter of Jane Williams, was married and living in Whitchurch, Glamorganshire, Wales. Born about 1848 in Wales[1] with her were daughters:
Mary Jane Cooper 12, born Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales
Alice Cooper, 8, born Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales
Emely Cooper, 4, born Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales
