Biography

Francis E Williams was enumerated as daughter at District 15, Carroll County, Tennessee for the June 12, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as born 1878 in Tennessee and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self John B Williams and wife Nancy A Williams.^[1]

Fannie Enochs (wife) was listed as the nearest relative when her husband Nathan James Enochs registered for military service September 12, 1918. Her address was 3 Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee as seen in this image of the original form.^[2]
