Biography

Minerva (Williams) Lebeyher was a settler in West Virginia before it split off from Virginia.
Minerva K Williams was born January 5, 1840 and is the daughter of Warrington Williams and Dorcus Yost. Minerva grew up in Richland, Virginia (now West Virginia)[1] along with along with eight siblings; Flavious Josephus Williams, Tobias Williams, Martha Anne Williams, Nancy E Williams, Lavina J Williams, Lucinda Williams, Joel Y Williams and Margaret Jane Williams.

Minerva married John Lebeyher October 26, 1862 and they made their home in Triadelphia, West Virginia[2][3] until his death July 23, 1897. Together they raised one child, Robert Browning Lebeyher.[4] Minerva died April 8, 1926 and is buried in Stone Church Cemetery, Elm Grove, West Virginia.[5]
