In 1910, Claudia was living with her widowed mother in Morganton, North Carolina.[2]
Sometime before 1920 Claudia married Robert W. Duckworth and moved to Sanford, Florida.[3]
By 1930, Claudia had two sons and they were still living in Sanford, Florida.[4]
In 1935, the family was still living in Sanford, Florida.[5]
In 1940, the family had returned home to Burke County, North Carolina.[6]
In the 1950s, Claudia was still living in the Burke County, North Carolina area.[7]
On December 22, 1981, Claudia died in Buncombe County, North Carolina. [8] She was buried in Burke Memorial Park in Morganton, North Carolina.[9]
