Biography

Frederick was born November 13th 1870, in the District of Columbia. He married Lucy (Garner) Fritter July 7th 1943 in Washington DC. He was 72, Lucy was 48. Frederick died December 3rd 1954 at the Medical College of Virginia, in Richmond, from Cancer of the stomach. Frederick and Lucy were living in Colonial Beach at the time of his death. He retired from the Federal Government and is buried in Congressional Cemetery, Washington DC.
