Sarah was born about 1765. Sarah Williams married Risdon F. Oliver. They were named in a deed instrument regarding land belonging to her father:

2 Jan 1796 Mary WILLIAMS to Anson WILLIAMS for 20 pounds, 50 acres, part of a 200-acre tract sold to Solomon THOMPSON by William WILLIAMS, deceased [had land in Burke and Screven Cos GA, heirs included Henry F. CRAGG and his wife Charlotte, Risdon F. OLIVER and his wife Sarah, James OLIVER and his wife Presilla, Michael LOVINGSTON and his wife Mary], then sold to Mary WILLIAMS, Witnesses: Enoch [E.] GODFREY, Henry F. CRAGG, Seth WILLIAMS. Recorded 20 Sep 1799.

Book A p 185 - 12 Jan 1796 Mary WILLIAMS, widow, for 10 pounds, to son Seth WILLIAMS, of Burke Co GA, her third part of the lands in Screven and Burke Cos GA that were granted her husband, William WILLIAMS, deceased. Witnesses: Enoch [E.] GODFREY, Andrew WILLIAMS, Ann P[rusia?] BURNLY [?wife of Anson] WILLIAMS. Recorded 20 Sep 1799.
