Biography

Samuel was born in 1860 a few weeks before his mother's death (his age listed as 10 years old in the 1870 Census). He was the son of John Williams and Sarah White. He was married (1st) 02 May 1880, to Isabella D. Pilkington; married (2nd) 24 August 1898, to Olive Maryetta Hatch.
