Frederick Williams performed Patriotic Service in North Carolina in the American Revolution.

Frederick Williams, born 1751 in Duplin County, North Carolina. He was the son of David Williams and Sarah Mathis.

He was a Revolutionary Soldier in North Carolina.[1] He was involved in the battle of Moore's Creek Bridge. Frederick was a first cousin to Joseph Williams who befriended John Goff, Frederick's brother-in-law. Frederick was the son of David Williams and Sarah Mathis. He married Arabica Goff, born 1758 Duplin County, North Carolina, daughter of John Goff of Duplin County, North Carolina. Frederick and Arabica lived in North Carolina and Georgia. They both died in Georgia. [2]

According to the 1790 Duplin, North Carolina Census, Frederick and his wife had 6 sons and three daughters in their household.[3]

Frederick Williams moved from Duplin County, North Carolina to Bulloch County, Georgia in about 1793. Some family members were in Conecuh, Alabama in 1819.[4]

He passed away 1821 in Bulloch County, Georgia. Frederick is believed to have been laid to rest in Red Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Bulloch County, Georgia. [5]
