In the 1881 census Alfred (age 10), Scholar, was the son of Robt Williamson at 4, Union St, Brechin, Angus.[3]
In the 1891 census Alfred (age 20), Hairdresser, was the lodger of Janet Baxter at 14, Lodge St, Crieff, Perthshire.[4]
